August 10, 2010. This is the single largest special event at the conference with an anticipated attendance of more than 600.

Exhibit Hall Welcome Reception (Two sponsorships available) - $5,000

August 9, 2010. The center point for the entire Annual Conference, this year’s hall is expected to host more than 50 exhibitors. This kickoff reception will take place in the exhibit hall at the San Francisco Hyatt. Network with more than 40 exhibitors and colleagues over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in a relaxed environment. The exhibit hall also will be the home of the registration desk, Cyber Cafe and location for all networking breaks.

Welcome Luncheon - $7,500

August 10, 2010. This will be the only luncheon event attended by all conference attendees. This event will highlight the 2010 Defense Community Awards winners and a keynote speaker.

Cyber Café - $4,000

August 8-11, 2010. The highly popular “Cyber Café” will be located in the exhibit hall and will include at least four computers with high speed Internet access and printers. The café is available for all attendees during the conference.

Golf Tournament - $5,000

August 8, 2010. Always a popular event, the annual golf tournament attracts close to 50 golfers for a half-day outing in the San Francisco bay area.

Networking Lounge - $5,000

August 8-11, 2010. Be the exclusive sponsor for the ADC networking lounge. This lounge will offer a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere to network with your colleagues, grab a snack and drink and meet new and first time attendees.

Networking Break - $1,000
