This winter, ADC is heading to one of America’s most vibrant cities—New Orleans. The 2008 ADC Winter Forum will be held February 11–13, 2008 at the Ritz Carlton New Orleans. Recently renovated after the floods of Hurricane Katrina, this grand hotel is located in the heart of the city. Situated on famous Canal Street and bordering the French Quarter, the Ritz Carlton welcomes visitors with gracious Southern hospitality.

Program Information

More than two years after the 2005 BRAC recommendations were finalized, defense communities of all types continue to deal with the implications. The 2008 ADC Winter Forum will focus on the leading subjects for communities with growing and closing bases, as well as communities impacted by previous BRAC rounds and those seeking innovative public-private partnerships, such as enhanced use leasing.
