About ADC
Strategic Plan
We are entering the most significant period of change for the military and America’s defense communities in recent years with calls for extensive budget cuts, the winding down of two wars, and the completion of BRAC 2005. In response to this change, ADC is taking action.
On behalf of the Association of Defense Communities Board of Directors and our new staff team, we are proud to share with you our five-year strategic vision and detailed plans for the coming year. This document, developed with input from many stakeholders, represents the beginning of a new strategic approach for ADC and the services we provide to our members.
