    Members of the Air Force Reserve’s 910th Civil Engineer Squadron, based at Youngstown Air Reserve Station in northeastern Ohio, last month partnered with a neighboring community to rebuild a wooden staircase leading from Veteran’s Park in the city of Newton Falls to the riverside. The three-week project, which required the 910th to demolish the existing stairs and design and build a new staircase, was identified through local efforts to implement the Air Force Community Partnership program.     A residency program for family medicine that had been located at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., now is the only fully-integrated civilian-military residency in the Air Force that combines a community-based and a military residency. The program, now located at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville, Ill., is a collaboration between Scott’s 375th Medical Group and St. Louis University. Each class in the program, which lasts three years, has eight military residents and six civilians.
