Appeals Court Rules in Favor of Using MILCON Funds for Wall

Another court has ruled on the Trump administration’s plan to move $3.6 billion from military construction projects to southern border wall construction. The Wednesday night ruling from a federal court in Louisiana reverses a previous court’s ruling that diverting the funds is unconstitutional.
The appeals process is still ongoing.
