The House Appropriations Committee is scheduled to mark up its draft of the Military Construction and Veterans Affairs spending bill Thursday morning, even while overall defense budget disputes with the White House continue.
The committee will meet to mark up the FY 2020 Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies bill, Thurs., 10:30 a.m.
