Grand Forks County, N.D., has issued a request for qualifications for a master developer and sublessee to design, build, operate, maintain and finance the development of about 217 acres at Grand Forks Air Force Base. The property is being leased to the county for up to 50 years.
The county currently is negotiating an enhanced use lease with the Air Force to develop an aviation business and technology park consisting of three primary property types — mixed-use aviation, mixed-use office and technology/data center facilities.
Responses are due by 12:00 p.m. on Sept. 3. The RFQ for the Grand Sky project is available on the county’s website. For more information, contact Edward Nierode, director of administration, 701/780-8415, email@example.com.
