Balfour Beatty Communities last month held a ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate the completion of the first homes in a newly created neighborhood for officers and their families at Fort Stewart, Ga.
When completed, the new neighborhood will contain 94 three- and four-bedroom duplex homes featuring open floor plans with energy-efficient appliances, covered porches and two-car garages. Among other amenities, Balfour will construct three new playgrounds in the neighborhood, Marne View.
