Balfour Beatty Communities has submitted a plan to restore military family housing at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., where all 867 family homes were damaged or destroyed last year. “While Hurricane Michael brought widespread destruction… it also brought opportunity,” Balfour Beatty Communities Senior Vice President Mark Lavin said in a Friday press release.
