The first residents to live at the former Fort Monmouth, N.J., have started to move in to Officer’s Row, a redevelopment of historic red brick homes now known as East Gate. About 10 townhomes are ready for occupancy in a development that will have a total of 68 townhouses, duplexes and single-family homes when it is completed. The initial homes sold in the $400,000s, reports the Asbury Park Press. Officer’s Row was built between 1929 and 1936.
