    The Air Force is moving closer to carrying out its reorganization of Air Force Materiel Command by Oct. 1, the Warner Robins Patriot reported.     The Air Force would be required to keep a key research, development and testing facility at Eglin AFB that local officials believe would be jeopardized under a reorganization announced last year, under a provision in the draft version of the fiscal 2013 defense authorization bill that the House Armed Services’ Readiness Subcommittee is scheduled to mark up today.
