Corvias Foundation awarded scholarships to 18 military spouses pursuing higher education, it announced in a recent press release.
“Military spouses are a versatile group of people,” said Fort Meade scholarship recipient, Brinay Prashain. “Our lifestyle sometimes limits the choices we can make, but we will always find a way to overcome obstacles and be productive for our families.”
Fourteen of the recipients are based at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. One was named at each Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland; Fort Meade, Maryland; Fort Polk, Louisiana; and Fort Riley, Kansas.
