DODEA Announces Grants for Local Schools

DOD Education Activity recently announced 44 grants through its Military-Connected Local Educational Agencies for Academic and Support Program.

“We take pride in our responsibility to ensure quality educational opportunities for all military-connected children,” said Kathleen Facon, DODEA’s chief of partnership and resources. “The accomplishments achieved through these grants have been exceptional, and we eagerly anticipate working with this cohort of grantees in the years to come, celebrating their achievements together.

DODEA shared a list of the awardees with descriptions of how they plan to use the funding.
