    The McPherson Implementing Local Redevelopment Authority, the local agency responsible for redeveloping 145 acres on the former Fort McPherson in southwest Atlanta is looking for consultants to provide strategic planning and or residential real estate development services. The RFP for strategic planning services seeks a provider to collaborate with, develop, lead and advise the LRA on a strategic plan focusing on financial viability, organizational capacity building, stakeholder engagement, financing tools for real estate transactions and leveraging relationships with potential partners. The Fort Mac LRA also seeks a development partner with the financial capacity to support creative ideas and strategies for the redesign/adaptive reuse, property management and leasing services for 16 existing residential duplex properties.
