For the Colorado Springs Regional Joint Land Use Study to successfully identify the issues and appropriate strategies to resolve them, a robust public process is critical. Transparency in developing community plans and a concerted effort to identify and address the concerns of all stakeholders is critical to building mutual trust and gaining buy-in for the ultimate product.
