Regional Commission Seeks Consultants for Land Use Studies at Two Mississippi Bases

The Gulf Regional Planning Commission (GRPC) is advertising for consultants for two joint land use studies (JLUS) on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The first is being coordinated with the Naval Construction Battalion Center in Gulfport. The second is with Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi. Separate RFPs are available for each location. This project is funded through DOD’s Office of Economic Adjustment. All qualified consultants, including DBEs, are encouraged to apply.


  • Proposals are due by 5 p.m. Central Time on Nov. 30.
  • Questions about the proposal must be submitted via email to Jeff ( no later than Nov. 16.
