First held in Portland, Maine in 2013, this Forum has become the nation’s leading forum focused on large-scale redevelopment. The Army last week held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Tooele Army Depot in northern Utah to mark the completion of the first wind turbine at an Army installation. Houston-based Canyon Supply and Logistics, which plans to develop the industrial part of the former Naval Station Ingleside into an offshore service complex for the oil and gas industry, is in negotiations with four tenants interested in leasing space at the base.
